I am committed to making sure your visit is filled with peace & relaxation. With regard to Covid-19, I am fully vaccinated and am still following all sanitation and disinfecting protocols. If you would feel more comfortable wearing your mask and would like me to wear mine, I have no problem accommodating you. I'm looking forward to seeing you! 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and they are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I respectfully request at least a 24 hr notice for cancellations and would like to bring your attention to my cancellation policy.

* Please let me know 24 hours in advance for any cancellations.

* After the 2nd cancellation, less than 24 hrs, or if there's a no-show/no-call, a 50% charge, of your service booked, will apply.

* If the 3rd appointment is cancelled or a no-show/no-call is made, a 50% charge, of your service booked, will be charged and I will require a deposit to be made to book your next appointment.

* I will charge the card on file or send a bill via mail.

These policies are put into place to provide the best service for my current & future clients. 

Service Policy

While I strive to give you the best haircut, style and/or color, sometimes there might be something that needs to be tweaked or altered. If there's something about your cut that's not working or you're not 100% happy with your hair color, please let me know within 7 days of service rendered. Living with your look for the 7 days is ample time to play around with your hair and see how you truly feel.  

Product Policy

I also stand by the products I recommend to you. If for some reason, the products I recommended are not working for you, you have 14 days to return for a full refund.
